Boys Class B FINAL: Skutt Catholic 1, Columbus 0 The second-ranked Skutt Catholic Skyhawks squared off against the fifth-ranked Columbus Discoverers for the 2019 Class B Boys Soccer State Championship. It was a defensive battle throughout regulation as the game went to penalty kicks tied zero to zero. Skutt capitalized on their first two chances, and goalkeeper Zach Weis made a diving save in the second round. Skutt’s Patrick Hoody sealed the deal with the Class B State Championship-clinching kick to win the shootout 5-3.
