Girls Class A FINAL: Millard West 4, Marian 2 For the 2019 Class A Girls State Soccer Championship, the top-ranked Millard West Wildcats faced second-ranked Omaha Marian, who was making its sixth straight appearance in the title match. Millard West’s Chase Pfanstiel got the scoring started in the 14th minute, but the Crusaders stormed back with a goal of their own. Pfanstiel connected again in the first half, and the Wildcats were able to hold on late with a penalty kick from Katie Stoneburner and an own goal to win 4-2 and capture the Class Girls State Championship.
