Planting After Flood Damage

It’s been almost three months since massive flooding washed over parts of Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri, but for many farmers, recovery has been slow. Net news teamed up with the PBS NewsHour this week for a nationally broadcast story on the struggles of farmers in Nebraska. Jack Williams of NET news reports on how a wet spring and lingering high water has delayed planting for many growers who can’t afford to miss out on a good crop this season.
