Anyone for Tennyson? With Henry Fonda

Nebraska native Henry Fonda gets misty-eyed when he performs a reading of Lee Benjamin's essay, "Vantage Point", for the NET audience in the 1970s. In the late 1960s, NET produced the first-ever series celebrating poetry on television. It was called Anyone for Tennyson? Through three seasons, and over 70 programs, the series featured famous stage and screen actors performing classic works of poetry.
