Brilliantly colored, intricately pieced wool quilts made by men during wartime were exhibited at the International Quilt Museum. The exhibit was made possible through the groundbreaking research of Annette Gero, a leading expert in what is known as "war quilts" and who has amassed a collection of some 200 quilts made by soldiers and sailors.
