He spent five decades in public service - as Secretary of State, then as the Executive Director for the Nebraska Press Association - a journey that began in 1965 as an administrative assistant to, then Secretary of State, Frank Marsh. Now retired, he has graciously agreed to spend 30-minutes reflecting on his most meaningful and memorable moments as Ambassador to the World.
