Saving What Lives in the Water

Dive into the Missouri River to follow scientists’ efforts to help sustain the wild population of pallid sturgeon. Despite their ancient roots, modern infrastructure and climate change pose threats to not only the pallid sturgeon, but the river’s ecosystem. Next, it's off to Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium for a behind-the-scenes look at the zoo's efforts to help prevent the global decline of amphibians.
