UNL journalism professor reflects on time in Kosovo

Kosovo is 55-hundred miles from Nebraska. In 2008, the former Serbian province declared independence, replacing its war-torn past with a new democratic nation. Someone to see that turmoil first-hand is University of Nebraska-Lincoln journalism associate professor Barney McCoy who has taught in Kosovo for several years. In this report for NET News, McCoy talks with the people of Kosovo who are preparing for new elections Sunday in the hopes of stabilizing its struggling democracy.
