State dusts Platte with coal ash to prevent flooding

Nebraska's harsh winter has left more than the usual amount of ice and snow. So today, for only the fourth time, the state began dumping tons of coal ash on the Platte River to help melt the ice and prevent flooding. Fred Knapp reports:
