Nebraska Takes on Michigan in Big Ten Quarterfinals

The Nebraska women’s basketball squad will play in Friday night's quarterfinals of the Big Ten Basketball Tournament.
Behind a record-setting performance from guard Jazz Shelley, Nebraska out-shot Illinois Thursday night in Indianapolis, on their way to a 18-point win. Shelley’s nine three-pointers set the Nebraska all-time record for threes in a game.
The 6-seeded Huskers play 3-seeded and 10th-ranked Michigan Friday night at 7:30 p.m.. Nebraska routed Michigan in its previous meeting this season, winning by 21 at home.
If the Huskers come out on top tonight, they would play the winner of Iowa and Northwestern in the semifinals on Saturday.
