To shine a light on these important community staples, Nebraska Public Media News' Jackie Ourada spoke with Rachel Steiner with the Omaha Public Library on what libraries provide other than a vast amount of books. Steiner also touched on the conversation of W. Dale Clark library in downtown Omaha and what a new library in that area needs.
