Lincoln city council votes to put proposed arena on May primary ballot

In what could test the willingness of Nebraska voters to approve a major building project in tough economic times, the Lincoln City Council voted 6 to 0 to put a proposed arena on the May primary ballot. Clay Masters attended last night's meeting and filed this report.
