Nebraskans are going to the polls Tuesday to vote for a number of candidates in local, state and national races.
Among the key races on the primary ballot are all three seats in the House of Representatives; one U.S. Senate seat; state offices such as governor and secretary of state; three seats on the University of Nebraska Board of Regents and about two dozen state legislative seats.
Polls are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Central time zone and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Mountain time zone. People voting in person must show an approved government ID, such as a driver’s license. You can find your polling place online.
Those who still want to vote using an early ballot must deliver it to their county election office before the polls close.
Nebraska Public Media News will have results online starting at 8 p.m. Central, with updates throughout the night.
