Heineman accused of using federal stimulus money to better himself politically

The chairman of the Nebraska Democratic Party says it looks like Republican Governor Dave Heineman is using federal stimulus money to help himself politically. A Heineman spokeswoman denies the charge, and says the administration is simply following federal rules. Fred Knapp reports:
