Subsidies to farmers in the United States and Europe are stifling global trade in developing countries in Africa. So says F-W De Klerk, the former president of South Africa. De Klerk spoke in Lincoln last night (Tuesday night) about the new dynamics of a globalized world. Robyn Wisch reports.
