Combine named 2025 Coolest Thing Made in Nebraska

A combine made in Grand Island took home this year’s crown as the Coolest Thing Made in Nebraska.
CNH Industrial’s AF Series Combine combines automation, connectivity and harvesting technology with the industry’s largest grain tank.
“Winning the 2025 Coolest Thing Made in Nebraska is an incredible honor. This recognition highlights the innovation, hard work, and pride that go into everything we do at CNH,” CNH Grand Island Plant Manager Dustin Alexander said in a news release. “We are proud to represent Nebraska’s manufacturing community and grateful for the support from the public and the organizers of this great event.”
The winner was announced Monday during the Nebraska Chamber’s Manufacturing Summit in La Vista.
CNH Industrial’s combine beat out three other products – custom artificial limbs from Limb Lab in Lincoln, wool yarn from Brown Sheep Company in Scottsbluff and Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing from Tasty Toppings Inc. in Duncan.
More than 40,000 people cast votes in the contest, which started with 16 products.
