Nebraska women’s basketball has rescheduled Thursday’s canceled game against Rutgers to Tuesday, February 1st. Tip-off will be at 7 p.m. at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln. That game was postponed due to the Nebraska program dealing with COVID-19 issues. The Cornhuskers’ Sunday game against Illinois has also been postponed. The Husker women's team currently holds a 13-4 overall record and a 2-4 mark in Big Ten play.

Husker men’s basketball is working through COVID protocols as well. Its rematch against the Ohio State Buckeyes was scheduled for Saturday but has been postponed. The men's basketball squad sits at 6-13 overall and is winless in the conference.

Both Husker basketball teams are scheduled to host the Wisconsin Badgers next week.
