Senator Dave Bloomfield of Hoskins was sworn in Dec. 3rd to represent northeast Nebraska's 17th District. He replaced Sen. Bob Giese of South Sioux City, who resigned to become Dakota County Treasurer. Fred Knapp talked to Bloomfield and prepared this report, as part of NET News' look at the new senators.
