Asking questions in Afghanistan and Iraq

As more American troops and civilians head to Afghanistan, one program expected to see more use is something called the Human Terrain System. That's a program that embeds socials scientists with Army units to interview Afghans about local conditions, and help the military know what's going on. As Fred Knapp reports, participants take a little bit of Kansas and Nebraska with them overseas.
