Anti-illegal immigrant ordinance argued before Supreme Court

Should Fremont residents be able to vote on a proposed city ordinance aimed at illegal immigrants, even if that ordinance may ultimately prove to be unconstitutional? That question was argued before the Nebraska Supreme Court Thursday.
