Ag Inspector's arrest triggers audit of 'mad cow' program

An inspector based out of Cozad allegedly failed to complete his work for nearly a year, according to documents filed in U.S. District Court. NET News learned that incident triggered a review of the work of all other inspectors in the state working to prevent Bovine spongiform encephalopathy, also known as Mad Cow disease.
