3-Strikes Ranch director says animals were sick, not starved

Felony animal cruelty charges are pending against the director of a Panhandle ranch for wild mustangs. However, Jason Meduna says he's not responsible for the sickly condition of his animals. He believes the animals are victims of a disease or toxin, not starvation and neglect. Sarah McCammon reports.
