As Nebraska's Harvest Public Media reporter, Macy covers agriculture and environment stories from across the Great Plains region and enjoys reporting on how state and federal policies affect the daily lives of Nebraskans. A born and raised Nebraskan from Omaha, she graduated in May 2025 from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and enjoys crocheting, journaling and baking when she’s not reporting.
