Lauren is from Elkhorn, Nebraska and is going into her senior year at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. At UNL she majors in journalism and advertising with minors in political science and business. Outside of her internship at Nebraska Public Media, she has served as a copywriter for her college newspaper and written for her local newspaper. Lauren has been with Nebraska Public Media for the past year and hopes to continue with journalism in her future.
