Nebraska Public Media Will Broadcast Husker Volleyball Scrimmage and Alumni Game
LINCOLN, Neb. (July 31, 2025) – Nebraska Public Media Sports is producing live coverage of two upcoming Nebraska Volleyball special events in August.
The Huskers kick off their season at the Bob Devaney Sports Center with the “Nebraska Women’s Volleyball: Red-White Scrimmage” at 2:30 p.m. CT, Saturday, Aug. 9 on Nebraska Public Media. Fans can see the team in action before the season starts while coaches evaluate player combinations.
The next week, it’s the “Nebraska Women’s Volleyball: Alumni Scrimmage,” airing at 6 p.m. CT, Saturday, Aug. 16 on Nebraska Public Media. The 2025 Husker squad will take on a team featuring former Huskers players, including current professional players and former All-Americans and national champions at Nebraska.
Both events will also be available to stream live for viewers in Nebraska on the PBS App and at NebraskaPublicMedia.org/livestream.
