Nebraska Public Media to Host “Market to Market” 50th Season Tour Event
LINCOLN, Neb. (March 3, 2025) – The agricultural television series “Market to Market” is celebrating 50 seasons and the longtime partnership between producer Iowa PBS and Nebraska Public Media.
In collaboration with Nebraska Public Media, the “Market to Market” team will host a live “MtoM” podcast discussion in the newly renovated Ron Hull Studio at Nebraska Public Media in Lincoln on Monday, March 31. Doors will open at 3 p.m. CT with a reception hosted by the “Market to Market” team.
“Market to Market” host Paul Yeager will lead a live, recorded discussion with market analyst Ross Baldwin. Fans of the series, agricultural professionals and community members are invited to watch, listen and participate. This special “Market to Market” event is free, but registration is requested at NebraskaPublicMedia.org/engage.
Nebraska Public Media began airing “Market to Market” in 1976 and was the first public television station outside Iowa to broadcast it. At the time, Iowa PBS sent a tape recording of each show to Lincoln on an express Greyhound bus.
The series has been a trusted source of agricultural news and analysis for five decades. Today, it airs on 21 public television stations across 16 states and is available online anytime at markettomarket.org.
