Jackie Ourada resumes her radio career as the new host of 'All Things Considered,' bringing journalistic experience and deep Nebraska roots.
She was up before the sun as a past host of Morning Edition, and now Jackie Ourada is back in our radio studio as the new host of All Things Considered each afternoon.
“Jackie is a talented host and a trusted journalist. She brings a wealth of experience to the show and her excellent reporting skills will be valuable as our local team covers stories in communities across the state,” said Nebraska Public Media News Director Jay Omar.
All Things Considered debuted on May 3, 1971. Today it is the most listened-to, afternoon drive-time news radio program in the country.
Ourada hosts All Things Considered each weekday from 4 – 7 p.m. CT on the News/Classical radio channel. Most recently, she worked in communications at the Nebraska Secretary of State’s office.
