From May 29 - June 3, 2019, NET took a Western Nebraska road trip to visit Chadron, Alliance, Scottsbluff, Gering, Mitchell, Sidney, Lewellen, Ogallala and Brule, hosting events in each community.
On June 3rd, NET hosted a live taping of the weekly garden program Backyard Farmer at the Bayside Golf Club near Brule. Guests had the opportunity to meet their favorite gardening experts and watch the process of making the television show.
