From May 31 - June 3, 2018, we took a Central Nebraska road trip to visit Broken Bow, Lexington, McCook and Kearney, hosting events in each community.
On June 1, we hosted a "Town Talk" at Sehnert's Bakery and Bieroc Cafe with community leaders and our leadership to discuss the issues important to McCook.
Following the Town Talk, guests were treated to a broadcast of Friday LIVE - our arts and humanities radio show. Friday LIVE was broadcast from Sehnert's Bakery and Bieroc Cafe with featured interviews and performers from the McCook area.
In the afternoon, we held a screening at the McCook Public Library of the movie from Peg + Cat, Peg + Cat Save the World, and Peg and Cat from the show also made a special appearance and took pictures with many of the guests.
