From April 27-29, 2017, we took a South Central Nebraska road trip to visit Hastings, Holdrege and Minden, hosting events in each community.
On April 29, we hosted a Town Talk at Pioneer Village with community leaders and our leadership to discuss the issues important to Minden.
Following the Town Talk, guests were treated to a live taping of the popular lawn and garden show Backyard Farmer from Pioneer Village. This episode broadcast on May 4, 2017, at 7 p.m. CT on Nebraska Public Media.
We also held a preview screening of the newest movie from Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, "Tiger Family Trip." Katerina Kittycat from the show also made a special appearance and took pictures with many of the guests.
