PT Radio Announcer

Under limited supervision, researches, preps, produces and announces an on-air shift for Nebraska Educational Telecommunications.
Make live on-air announcements, including classical music announcing, read underwriter copy, weather forecasts and news. Expected to participate in on-air fundraisers. Operate studio electronics such as broadcast board, CD players, and audio playback from broadcast software. Will also be assigned to substitute announce on news magazines and host prerecorded specials.
Experience and education or training in broadcast journalism, or music required. Six months broadcasting, and classical music background preferred. Please include resume, cover letter and any links to air checks.

Videographer/Editor

Position is responsible for shooting and editing single camera video productions, and operating studio and remote television cameras. Position will perform simpler styles of single camera productions without direction and shoot more complex single camera productions with direct supervision; opportunities to produce your own segments exist. Primary responsibilities are Broadcast based productions, but there may be an opportunity to work on 360 video productions. Knowledge of production equipment, such as Drones, 360 VR cameras, DSLR cameras, 360 camera sliders, Gimbals and Jibs would be beneficial.

Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate has experience with digital marketing techniques targeting specific audiences through digital platforms and the ability to read and understand digital analytics to improve performance of marketing. Must be creative, able to work independently and alongside our team to brainstorm inventive ways to promote our station. Producer

Creates, produces and directs content for television and multi-platform productions of the highest quality for Nebraska Public Media and national partners including live sports remotes, studio productions, EFP, and digital projects on a variety of subjects resulting in short and long-form content. Duties include collaboration with Director of Television Production on story/project proposals and budgets, collaboration with videographers, audio engineers, remote crew, and graphic artists with opportunities to act as a videographer/editor for select projects. Experience producing non-fiction television content from start to finish, strong writing and original storytelling skills adhering to the tenants of editorial integrity are vital to this position.
